Club Description
The Harvard Undergraduate Meditation Club is a community dedicated to regular meditation practice and compassion for ourselves and others. Through practice and community, we hope to help our members live more mindful, skillful, and joyful lives.

Meeting Times & Location
We meet Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 pm in the Serenity Room, located in the basement of Grays Hall. We often hold a community dinner in the side hall of Adams Dining Hall beforehand, from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Our Teacher
Bo-Mi Choi is a Dharma Teacher in the Kwan Um school of Zen and she lives at the Cambridge Zen Center in Central Square. She leads our club’s practice every other Wednesday.
